Injection Moulding Department
At this moment we have 35 sets of plastic injection moulding machines with mold clamping force ranging from 50 tons to 275 tons.

我們現在有35台塑膠注塑機. 鎖模力由最小的50公噸至最大的275公噸.

Tooling Department
Quality of products will be decided the toolings. For this reason, we have a very high standard for the toolings using in our factory. With our own in-house tooling department, we insist to make every single set of tooling using in our factory. We believe this is the only way to ensure the quality of our toolings.
工模部
產品的質素直接取決於模具. 正因這樣, 我們對模具的要求非常嚴謹.我們不單擁有廠內的工模部, 而每一件模具也堅持由本廠自家製做. 只有這樣才可使到工模的品質得以保證.

Printing and Spraying Department
We are equipped with in-house clean room spray printing, pad printing, and silk printing facilities to provide versatile services to our customers. These in-house facilities do not only shorten our production lead time but also given us control on the aesthetic quality of our products.
印刷和噴油部
我們工場擁有無塵噴油, 移印, 絲印設施給予我們的客人全面的服務. 這些廠內設施不但可減小生產週期, 最重要是給予我們對於產品外觀品質上的控制.
